Opening a café was Carrie Stetson's lifelong dream, and she was determined to make it a reality. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic and the limitations of a 250-year-old building, Carrie remained motivated by her desire to prove to her children that dreams can come true with persistence, hard work and determination.  And now,  Carrie's three children and husband work alongside her everyday with passion and dedication.  When you visit Railway Cafe in Winsted, CT you'll experience the love and care that goes into every aspect of the business.
